The house was perfect for 4 adults 2 teenager and 2 small children. It was spaced out perfectly where everyone has their own space and we could come together in a common area. It was really nice to have multiple door toAccess the pool and enter through a door right to your room. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great property and convenient to everything in Tampa. Would stay again the next time we're in the city.

Yes, this is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home however it has a very “unique” layout. As for a gym, an outdated exercise bike and 5 lb dumbbell’s is not a gym, that’s scrap. The flooring in the entire home is installed by a hack. The mold in the washing machine and every shower made me want to puke. There is not a working ice maker and the water tastes disgusting. The outdoor furniture is warped and peaking apart. The host is great at getting angles of this home to show its good side. Hopefully they put some money into this place to make it a better home, although the neighbors blatantly stated they dislike it being a VRBO, as it’s one of the few in the area.
