Our comfortable two-bedroom upper-level apartment is located right in the centre of New Brunswick’s greatest city, Fredericton. Regent Street is Fredericton’s lifeline street, our Airbnb gives you direct access to it; connecting you to many different parts of the city within minutes.

When you’re travelling it’s important to find a space that you feel at home in. An environment where every need is taken care of. We have an Airbnb that is perfect for someone who loves to be at home away from home. We have a cozy upstairs apartment with warm purple walls, dark-complimentary and comfy furniture. To top it all off, in-suite stackable washer and dryer.

Only registered guest have full access to the entire upstairs apartment including the kitchen, washroom, laundry and two bedrooms, in a secured unit. The code for the building will be the last four digits of your phone number registered with Airbnb. The pad is located up the stairs, on the second door.
Other things to note
This is a no-smoking facility, if you smoke, please smoke 9 meters from the entrance of the building. Pets are welcome, but you are responsible for damages. Our property management company is located downstairs and can help you with your needs during the stay.

Nice quiet place to lay your head. Window air conditioner was a little loud but if you run it early enough it cools the bedroom nicely and the room stays cool through the night.

It’s a great little suite that worked perfectly for our circumstances. We were in Fredericton for work and a long stay. So the price was perfect. It has its blemishes but overall was pretty clean and the location is great. Although on a busy street and access is only from one way we had no problem navigating from there. You could easily walk (15m) to the events and restaurants downtown.
