About this apartment rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This location is a walk out basement apartment with a private entrance, kitchen, family room with TV/DVD player, three bedrooms with queen sized beds, two bathrooms, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. We are approximately 1 hour north from the main Zion entrance, 20 minutes from Zion NP Kolob Canyon, 20 minutes west of Kanarra Falls Hike (great for kids!), 30 minutes to Cedar City Shakespeare Festival, 1 hour south of Cedar Breaks, and 2 hours south of Bryce Canyon.

Amazing as usual! I've stayed here several times over the years and it's always amazing. Since my last stay they have made many upgrades and they are all gorgeous! The downstairs unit now has a full kitchen which is soooo useful being that far out from the nearest city! The living room has been upgraded amazingly and the outdoor space is even more gorgeous than before if that's even possible! The grass area for the dog, the retaining walls, the fire pit area, all the plants and rock work are amazing! Deer just walk through all the time and the views are still just as breathtaking! I ALWAYS look forward to staying here!

This place was perfect for us. We wanted something off the beaten path, quiet, and a view we would enjoy waking up to. It was fun to see the wild animals come on the property (deer/rabbit/humming birds) and I loved their outside cats! The property was very clean and the owners were fantastic communicators.

We had a great time visiting Zions and Kanarraville falls. The house was nice, clean, quiet and close to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly located outside of Zion. The hosts are responsive and very friendly. The property is pristine. Can’t say enough good things.
