Refreshed and beautifully decorated, the home offers an open floor plan filled with natural light from large lake-facing windows and high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen features bar seating, perfect for keeping the cook company while preparing meals. The bright and airy space is great for family gatherings and entertaining.
With five bedrooms spread over three levels, there's plenty of room for everyone to find a cozy spot. The lower level includes a bedroom and full bathroom, along with a game room featuring a pool table and flat-screen TV. On the main level, you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, plus another bedroom and half bath. Upstairs offers two more bedrooms and a full bath.
Outside, an expansive deck and a seasonal dock provide wonderful spots to relax and soak in the fresh lake air and views. Whether you're unwinding with a glass of wine at sunset or enjoying morning coffee, you'll find plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors.
Just minutes from the charming village of Naples, you can explore local wineries like Hazlitt Red Cat, dine at great restaurants, or shop for groceries. Bristol Mountain ski area is nearby for winter fun, and Canandaigua is only a 20-minute drive away with even more attractions.
