Situated on the 6th floor of a building at Charitos street, in the heart of the famous and prestigious Kolonaki area, with superb views! This unique 47 sq.m. one-bedroom apartment is suitable for a couple travelling to Athens any time of the year either for business or pleasure! Its prime location in Kolonaki centre you will find all the happenings at your doorstep.
Kolonaki square, with the most popular brands, boutiques restaurants and bars lie in front of you within 250-350m.
Check-in is at 15:00 o’clock.
Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock.
Please respect the neighbors and the resting hours, especially during summertime (15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 - 08:00).
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
No pets are allowed in the premises.
Windows must be closed / locked when not in the house.
Please do not leave lighting and air-conditioning on when leaving the premises. We respect the environment and we will be glad to join us.
