Ocean front Rental 101-2

Location is everything. Just a couple of steps from the beach!

Needs to upgrade their cleaning service. Found flys on the floor and against the door. Sheets were stained and found a hair on pillow case.

The view was great

No local stations on TV. Pillows were hard and flat

The location of this property is convenient with just steps to the beach or back. It has an incredible view from the back deck. We took some amazing sunrise pictures. Plenty of towels, very clean for an older place. Great communication from staff at the rental company, very friendly. Very close to a few good restaurants and easy drive into Savannah.

The location of the condo is directly on the main street on the curve. It's difficult to pull in and out without the worry of holding up traffic or getting hit by ongoing traffic. I can't imagine doing it during full on busy season. The condo is dated and could use some updating. Some attention to detail would make a huge difference. Some blackout curtains or at the very least some drapery to block the light as there are neighbors very close with a floodlight that they turn on at night. It shines directly into the bedroom....all night. Comfortable couches and outdoor chairs would make a huge difference. Couch and outdoor furniture is not very comfortable.

Great view of the ships rolling in and out!

Location was not what we expected. It’s walking distance from the check in office and was hard to locate the driveway at night. It also didn’t help there were other people parked in our spot for unit 2. Like any other “apartment” if you have upstairs guests, you can hear them walking, getting in and out of their beds, etc. The unit obviously has pest control done because there were several dead bugs laying around. I didn’t see anything that was alive. It rained while we stayed and we thought we could enjoy the balcony but because there is no roof over the top balcony, it rained through the cracks onto ours and we were unable to enjoy that.
