Chalet Pitu - 17801

The location is amazing, 2min walk to the beach and a short drive to Santoña and decent supermarkets etc. The property is large, the little wood chalet is very cosy. Outside seating area is fine but not many loungers or places to relax. There is plenty of parking (up to 4 cars). Communication with the host was easy and fine.

The property is quite dated, the kitchen is small and not enough equipment for cooking for full house, the beds are very small the double in the chalet was probably only 120cm wide and mattresses super soft we ended up using the sofa bed which was wider and firmer. The beds in the main house were all singles (again soft mattresses). A lot of mosquitoes considering how close we were to the sea and no nets on windows or beds, we ended up buying plug in mosquito repellent. There is a lot of parking in the driveway but we had issues that we had to argue with people to not block the drive. Seems parking is particularly difficult in the summer in this area so people will just block your drive and the only way to prevent that it is to park in front of the gate yourself.

La casa tiene de todo a nivel de equipamiento, y es muy acogedora, para un grupo grande se agradece el poder tener de todo (utensilios de cocina, mesas, manteles, etc). La respuesta ante cualquier incidencia de la gestora inmobiliaria siempre es rapida, y nos dieron mas papel higienico del de cortesia que dejan (sinceramente me pareció escaso)

El confort de las camas y los colchones es mejorable. Si es un grupo con estatura superior a 1.70 las camas son pequeñas y dormir en ellas se hace incomodo, si por el contrario vas con niños pequeños no vas a tener problemas
