Das Zimmer hatte eine Grundreinigung bekommen und es war unkompliziert die Schlüssel zu erhalten. Der Wasserdruck bei der Badewanne/Dusche war sehr gut und die Wohnung sah auf den ersten Blick gut aus. Ein Park und die Straßenbahn sind fußläufig entfernt. Ein Kiosk ebenfalls.
Das Internet ist da sehr schlecht und nicht konstant, ich hatte mehrere Stunden kein Internet, ebenfalls wackelt sehr stark der WC-Deckel und obwohl eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war fehlte Waschmittel (die Packung die ich gefunden habe war leer). Die Couch in der Wohnung roch sehr stark nach Hund, vermutlich von der Person die vor mir diese Wohnung gemietet hat, da hätte ich mir eine gründliche Reinigung gewünscht. Ich war nur zwei Tage vor Ort und froh das es nur so kurz war.
