Einrichtung war gut, Lage zur Uniklinik sehr gut,sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Es hat nach Zigarettenruch gerochen, Bad nicht sonderlich sauber, mehrmals Feueralarm im Haus - ausgelöst durch Mieter

Die Unterkunft war in einem sehr guten Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ideal, insbesondere wenn man eine Famulatur oder Hospitation an der Uniklinik Magdeburg absolviert. Morgens habe ich zu Fuß weniger als zehn Minuten bis zum Hauptgebäude benötigt. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein Rewe, in dem man alles für den täglichen Bedarf problemlos einkaufen kann. Außerdem ist die nächste S-Bahn-Station in etwa sieben Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von wo aus man bequem zum Hauptbahnhof oder in die Innenstadt gelangt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der sehr nette Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Bereits vor der Anreise konnte ich telefonisch konkrete Fragen klären, und auch während des Aufenthalts war sie jederzeit erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit.
Was mir leider weniger gut gefallen hat ist, dass es im Flur häufig nach Rauch gerochen hat. In der Wohnung selbst war dieser Geruch jedoch kaum wahrnehmbar, sobald die Tür geschlossen war.

Das Apartment war hell, sauber ordentlich und ausreichend für unsere Zeit in Magdeburg!! Vielleicht noch ein paar Bügel🤔😉und einen 2. Balkonstuhl! Ansonsten top👍
