Comfy beds and excellent heating

the toilet is at the back of the house well away from the bedrooms

Creswick gets cold at night and the crisp sheets were very cold, electric blankets a must !!! Not proper winter yet either. I wouldn't book here June, July or August. Maybe BYO flannelette sheets Only two decent mugs for tea & only wine glasses for bubbles, no ordinary wine glasses. This is not a complaint but should be noted.

This is an older house, attractively presented with everything we needed for a two-week stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-supplied, small issues that came up were dealt with very promptly (eg. replacement globe dropped off for one of the lamps). We appreciated the bike rack for our bikes. The location was convenient for walking into town. We enjoyed Creswick and we enjoyed the house. We had a really lovely stay.

The property was in town and close to the main street. I could ride my bike in and out of town for the Cresfest music festival. The house was really clean and inviting, with little things, like tea, coffee, towels and soaps available for visitors. The beds were so comfortable, with a selection of firm or soft pillows to choose from.
