The property is located close to Charminar. The home is spacious, well natural lit and ventilated. It has a big private terrace which is a huge bonus for anyone booking this property. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 big with space and 1 normal. All have attached bathrooms and are also spacious. A big Hall with dining table, 6 chairs besides kitchen and opening to terrace. Full house give a perfect homely vibe. All ola, uber can come easily and food delivery apps also deliver at location. House owner Mr. Raza is a helpful and well mannered, friendly person who looks after all aspects of home and also guides for travelling around city. So a big Yes for the property and thank to owner for making stay pleasant.

Property is next to religious activity hubs having loudspeakers which have activities during nights that causes disturbance for sleeping. I stay here from 7 to 12 aug and every night there was religious activity and loudspeakers noise was there during nights. Other months may not be same so a due diligence is needed.

3 BHK apartment is good and all the rooms have AC and geyser.

Lift is an old model and scary.
