Lovely location, rustic and homey vibe, comfortable beds and great extras like some treats in the kitchen, a projector to play movies and Bluetooth speaker to create a beautiful atmosphere whilst enjoying the lush scenery

Charming little cottage amongst the trees, loads of birds. The decor is so sweet in this cottage and the beds were comfy. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the location is great for a stroll down to the Warburton cafes and shops. My young daughter loved playing the piano and guitar and roasting marshmallows on the fire.
There are a few mozzies and bugs around so it would be great to have flywire on the windows so we could throw them open to enjoy the spring breeze.

It had ice in the freezer
Beautiful gardens
The projector was a nice surprise considering there isn’t a television set
The wood fire with plenty of wood to burn
No blinds/curtains in the kitchen so the neighbor could see in
Most of the cupboards didn’t close properly
Very steep driveway
It didn’t have a television which was a disappointment
Two of the old windows didn’t lock which were easy for anyone to access and something the owners should address
