We loved the colors, so appealing when we drove up. The inside was lovely. The decor was amazing and the layout was ideal for a family. We brought items with us but everything we needed was provided. The outside patio was so enjoyable. The area was well kept and the hot tub was clean. We definitely used the board games which was fun and my grandson loved that there were books to read before bed. We had a wonderful time and I tried to make cleaning easier for your staff. We would love to return again! Thank you
The towels had a mildew odor. May have not dried thoroughly but that can happen to anyone. Existing Stains on the mattress protector, you may want to change them out.. I would have loved access to a mop just to help keep floors nice and neat after showering or going in and out.
