Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war wirklich wunderbar. Der Ort ist sehr gemütlich und hervorragend gelegen – in der Nähe von Supermärkten und Restaurants sowie in angemessener Entfernung sowohl zum Stadtzentrum als auch zu den schönsten Stränden wie Balos und Elafonissi (etwa 45–60 Minuten mit dem Auto).
Die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Leider erinnere ich mich nicht an den Namen der Dame, die dafür verantwortlich war, aber ich möchte mich herzlich für ihre Freundlichkeit und ihr Engagement bedanken. Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Baby dort und wurden jederzeit sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und familiär betreut.
Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort für alle, die Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine warme, freundliche Atmosphäre suchen.
Der einzige Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte, ist das Geräusch der Eingangstür. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 1) befand sich ganz in der Nähe, und jedes Mal, wenn jemand das Gebäude betrat oder verließ, vibrierte unsere Zimmertür durch den Schlag, was besonders mit einem Baby etwas störend war. Mit einer kleinen Anpassung oder der Installation eines sanfteren und leiseren Schließsystems wäre dieses Detail jedoch leicht zu beheben.

la camera aveva tutto il necessario. La struttura è nuovissima, La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è stata la pulizia della camera che avveniva tutti i giorni con cambio degli asciugamani .

Il posto è molto bello e soprattutto tattico se ti devi muovere per le varie spiaggie di creta ovest, il personale è gentilissimo.
Avevo chiesto anche un servizio per fare una sorpresa alla mia ragazza con delle rose, mi hanno fatto il bouquet e in più il biglietto, è stato meraviglioso. Tutto perfetto.
Unica pecca se vogliamo propio il pelo nell' uovo, il soffitto era cementato, nulla di ché ma sarebbe stato più bello se l' avessero dipinto, del resto tutto fantastico.
