Actually It was very lovely hotel, the breakfast was good, the hotel was kind of clean. The location was perfect.overall I’m satisfied

There was no English or Arabic speaking staff

Good basic breafast, location is great near restaurants, shops and a big markets. 5 minutes walk to tram and 10 minutes to a mall.

shower head was broken and kept on the floor

Good position, not so noisy. The rooms were clean (except for the beds, blankets Seemed to be used). Air condition.

The room: my boyfriend was walking around the room barefoot and near the bed he accidentally stepped on a piece of cloth (from the bed) with the stitches of a stapler. It wasn’t funny. (Photo) The staff: they were rude. One of our friends fell and hit his elbow, causing a deep wound. We asked the receptionist for disinfectant, but he didn’t have it (bad idea not to have a first aid kit in a hotel of this size), so we asked if he could tell us where an open pharmacy was. The answer "I don’t know"... he didn’t bother to do even a small search on Google Maps. Fortunately, we (for our own) found a pharmacy nearby, open, and we got everything we needed to treat our friend. To conclude in beauty, the morning of check out we left at 10:30 and I was stopped by the same receptionist, who began to tell me that I had to checkout and return the room keys, with some insistence. I pointed out that the check-out was scheduled for 12 noon and at that point both he and his colleague raised their eyes to the sky nervously. They are speechless for their rudeness. We’re not going back to this place.
