Tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños. El espacio común es amplio. Es silenciosa. Está bien para ir a Chamartín

Es un local habilitado para vivienda. El cuarto de baño tenía humedad por la pared y un agujero en el techo. El otro cuarto de baño le faltaba un embellecedor a la puerta. En la habitación solo funcionaba un enchufe de cuatro que había. La lavadora y secadora no tienen potencia en el centrifugado. Los lavabos no tragan bien el agua.
