Strict centre of the town but the apartment is quiet, clean, cozy, and perfectly organized

Great apartment in the very centre of Pontarlier (a few minute walk from the train station)! I loved the design, the cleanliness, the facilities, and the proximity to the center. It was very easy to get there and the communication with the owners was superb! A highly recommended place for a stay! The sofa and the beds are also very comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. It's also a surprisingly calm and quiet apartment, even though you're looking through the windows at the main street of the town. I enjoyed it a lot and had some real rest, especially since the apartment is also cozy and well thought in terms of design. It is really well organized, has all the things you might need, and to put it short: it's a pretty place. Which is an additional feature that is not always thought of by the owners. Here everything is perfect and I rate it 10/10.

I'm not a fan of deposits mainly because I hate sending my private data to some additional companies and it takes a while until the deposit is returned (it's not the owners fault, it's the banking systems that need time). But whereas this is a thing I didn't like, I have to admit that I understand the owners. People can be really rude and really don't care, I've been at too many places where the guests destroyed furniture not to understand that owners need to defend themselves from such behavior. So no harsh feelings about it, everything was returned and it worked ok but if you're travelling, low on cash, and you're counting every penny, a deposit is a harsh circumstance.

Le studio est grand et confortable ! Parfait pour la nuit que nous avons passé !

Manque un peu d'humain dans les échanges avec l'hôte, c'est dommage… plutôt l'impression de parler à un robot et de participer à un escape game entre la caution et les codes pour accéder au logement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Innenstadt

Top Wohnung. Gut eingerichtet. Inmitten von Pontarlier. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze ein wenig ausserhalb der Stadt (über Nacht kostenlos).

Viele Mails über Booking, die man lesen muss, um zu merken, was alles zu tun ist, um an den Türcode und den Schlüssel zu kommen.

L’appartement dans l’immeuble est bien et bien situé.

Tout d’abord, l’appartement n’était vraiment pas propre au sol, il y avait plein de poils de chien partout. la cabine douche en plastique avait été rejointoyée avec du silicone et je n’ai pas pu prendre de douche avant 22 heures après six heures de Moto. La literie de très mauvaise qualité a fait son temps avec une déformation dans le matelas. Grosse traces d’usure sur la table à manger. 24 heures avant vous recevez un message du propriétaire où vous devez déposer 300 € de caution. Sinon vous recevez pas les clés !

La porte d'entrée ne fonctionne pas avec le code .En 3 jours, 2 heures dehors avant de trouver une solution pour ouvrir cette porte d'entrée. Finalement la serrure a été cassée pour pouvoir entrer. Inadmissible. La porte de douche est coincée . 3 ème étage escalier étroit et peu commode

Spacieux et très bien équipé On se sent comme chez soi

Le linge taies oreillers très froissé sortant du sèche linge et mis tel quel. Miroir salle de bain trop haut je ne voyais pas le bas du visage je fais 1.60 m je suggerai un autre miroir dans couloir.
