The location was very convenient. It was walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The different security codes were troublesome, but I understand the need for them. The code we got for the lobby was incorrect and it didn’t work. We had to call to get help getting into the building. However, the woman we spoke to was very helpful and we managed to get inside the building. The check-in/check-out instructions were contradictory; one set on the counter by the coffee maker, and one set on the table. For example, we weren’t sure what to do with the trash. We collected it and put it by the garbage can inside the kitchen. We weren’t sure if we were supposed to put it in the dumpster, but we weren’t sure where the dumpster was. The email we got mentioned a welcome packet would be waiting for us in the lobby. You might want to revisit the text of the email. Since the condo is on a main street there is some noise when the windows are open. With the windows closed and the AC on, it’s much quieter.
