Nouvelle Ère - Appt à moins d’un km de la plage

The apartment is very well located. Turn right up the road and walk for five minutes to arrive at a large supermarket. Turn left down the road and walk for five minutes to arrive at a small supermarket, an excellent boulangerie and a butchers, fishmongers, greengrocers and delicatessen. Carry on for a further five minutes and you arrive at the wonderful beach and town with all its bars and restaurants. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with separate toilet and an open area with lounge, dining table, kitchen and doors to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and had everything we needed. Technically it will sleep six using the convertible couch in the lounge, but four adults would be a more comfortable number. The person in charge of the accommodation, Emmy, provided comprehensive instructions on how to access the property. She also arranged for the bed linen and towels we need to hire and answered any questions we had very quickly. Once we found the information folder, thanks Emmy, we were able to log into the excellent wi-fi. The TV had a multitude of channels. There’s very good air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. The balcony gets full sun in the late afternoon and early evening. Unfortunately, it does not have any sort of shading, there was an umbrella base but no umbrella, and the high temperatures meant we were unable to dine outside. There are two parking spaces, one of which is undercover. Both are accessed through a gate which is locked at all times so it’s very secure.

We booked through Booking.com whose website stated there was a BBQ and free toiletries. The Cocoonr website, the agency that handles bookings for the apartment, makes no such claims. The Cocoonr one is right.

Routes voisines un peu bruyante, mais c'est la contrepartie à être bien situé près du centre du Lavandou
