Frank Porter - Zada Tower

The apartment was very beautiful and specious enough for the 2 of us. Everything looked clean and it was in perfect condition. There is also a nice parking spot dedicated to the apartment and there a several grocery stores and some restaurants in walking distance.

The location was not as advertised and communication was difficult during arrival. They contacted us way ahead, so that was a good start. Be aware that they will ask you a lot of personal information (which seems to be normal in Dubai). The issue was that it was hard to find, because they try to hide the exact location until the last moment. This is kinda annoying when you program the address at the airport into your Google Maps and then you find out that the real address is at a different location while you are no longer connected to the internet.... It also took a while before they shared the code for the door lock with us. The staff at the entry is super friendly and tried to help us, but it is a private apartment, so they also rely on the information shared by the company thst owned the property. It took us about 1.5 hours to enter the apartment and that was very frustrating after a long flight and a drive through a new city. The apartment itself was WOW and deserves a 10 on Booking.com, but the whole check-in process ruined our possibility of an smooth arrival... 😔
