The apartment was VERY nice, clean, modern, spacious, in a safe location, with good underground parking space. It had a washing machine that also dried our clothes (it was my 1st time using an all-in-one washer/dryer), and it worked very well. (I only wish instructions had been provided with the machine, since all the writing was in German language, so I had to use a translator app to figure it out). The deck was very spacious and had chairs to relax in. Both bedrooms had LOTS of storage options for hanging up my dresses on hangers, and also dressers to put my folded clothes into. There was lots of electrical outlets to plug our chargers/phones/laptops. The kitchen was nice with everything needed to cook with (just bring the food/condiments/seasonings).
The communication with the host could have been better. I had to reach out a few times for him to send me the instructions for check-in, including where/how to park, how to get the keys to the apartment, which apartment/floor to go to, etc. Normally, when I book a location via Booking.com, there's instructions given under the details under "Check-in Instructions." There were minimal instructions written down. It would be wonderful if the host included all those instructions directly into Booking.com, so guests can see them before they head out.

Proprietarul mi-a oferit instrucțiuni clare - ingenioasă ideea de a se filma pe el însuși cum face și să trimită filmulețul clienților ! Curat în apartament, chiar se poate admira răsăritul! Era deja cald în cameră când am ajuns noi seara !
Faptul ca nu mi-a fost oferita factura ! Chiar daca foarte amabil proprietarul, a sunat imediat (dupa ce am plătit), ca booking-ul poate să-mi dea banii înapoi dacă nu-mi convine situația ! Am acceptat totuși situația ca intuiam - procesul de returnare a banilor durează și nu se face chiar instant ! Mi-a scăpat ca check out ul se face a doua zi la ora 10:00 dimineața și nu la 12:00, mi-a fost încuviințată totuși gratuit o oră (11:00) și dacă vroiam mai mult contra cost fără pb !
