The property was very spacious for a studio and it was clean which is key. The area was perfect so close to everything. The security staff were super helpful and I appreciated it the most. It was very upsetting and frustrating because I had uploaded all documents needed and paid the security deposit but I got no confirmation and no one sent the address to me 2 hours before my check in like they said they would. I basically did not know where I was going until I did my own research and found the place myself. I did land early morning so I knew I would have to wait. I ended up waiting about 5-6 hours in the lobby until I checked in. I was not given the address, the room number or the code for the room. Security had to keep calling Frank Porters and get a hold of someone to help and they did but I was told they would send me the information by 13:00pm and they didn’t. I had to call several times to get what I needed. Service from frank porters was disappointing but overall the stay was good
