Das Hotel besticht durch seine wunderbare Architektur, die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit seiner Mitarbeiter.
Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und immer frisch zubereitet.
Durch die Alleinlage am Strand war es auch ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen.
Die Animation war absolut verhältnismäßig. Nie aufdringlich, aber abwechslungsreich.
Der Pool liegt ein bisschen ungünstig und wurde deswegen auch kaum von den Gästen genutzt.
Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden.
Leider liegt das Hotel in der Nähe eines Kanals und bei ungünstigen Windverhältnissen roch es gelegentlich nach Abwasser.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Speisen Auswahl war sehr umfangreich und gut.
Die pool waren nicht geheizt.

Amazing food at buffet. Different choices every day. Orange juice and fruits in general were a highlight, so tasty! Beach also was a highlight. Direct access, beach bar and comfy beds.
Overall very little to criticize. Sauna not available / not clear when open. A bit far from the airport, but worth the time in the taxi!

O hotel é maravilhoso, com ótima estrutura e equipe nota 10, todos muito atenciosos.
Porém, para um hotel 5 estrelas, a parte gastronômica deixou a desejar. No café da manhã, os ovos cozidos estavam sempre frios (em outros hotéis costumam ficar em água quente), as frutas muitas vezes passadas, e tanto waffles quanto panquecas eram servidos frios.
O jantar também tinha poucas opções, sem saladas frescas.
Além disso, oferecem como cortesia uma noite um jantar no restaurante à la carte e foi uma decepção, já que os principais pratos não estavam incluídos. Nesse caso, seria melhor não oferecer como cortesia.
