Ottima posizione per vicinanza varie spiaggie. Struttura ampia e luminosa: molto bello il terrazzo. Comunicazione con Penthouse rapida e cordiale.
Rubinetterie obsolete sia in cucina che nel bagno. Mancavano lettericci per un cambio. Accessori per pulizia casa ( mocio, paletta, scopa) molto datati.

Localização. Fora da zona de maior ruído mas muito perto do porto e com facilidade de estacionamento.
Interior um pouco desatualizado. Máquina de lavar não funcionava, não havia praticamente papel higiénico, pano para limpar a loiça. O comando da TV não funcionava porque tinha as pilhas ao contrário, e a box não conseguimos sequer pôr a funcionar
