The property is located in a great place that really makes it easy to get to any of the touristy spots. The drives into town, (be it Seiverville, Pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg) were short, and a little scenic, and not too busy. The close proximity to all the to-do's, the remoteness of the cabin itself, and the cabins layout and setup met all our needs and then some. Plenty of room for everybody to be comfortable, easy for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Just some basic things. Being that the cabin is almost entirely wood on the inside, sound becomes an issue a little but nothing to be upset about, I seen the property before I booked it. The pool table downstairs could use a little more room around it (I just love paying pool and it was a little tight around the table), and the upstairs gaming system never did work for us. Now , of course, we weren't there for billiards and video games but late nights and a few weather related events it would have been a bit nicer to have had those amenities.

the property was far enough from town to not be bothered but close enough to be there in 10-15 minutes.

the driveway from the road to the front door was VERY steep! we rode motorcycles and it was not safe with that driveway. we assumed it was like picture and flat and that was not the case.

We liked most of the interior of this cabin. The decor was nice. The hot tub was good and the jacuzzies were nice.

The outside was not as pictured pertaining to the firepit area. It looked very much older and had only 1 chair. The patio furniture on the deck with the hot tub needs cushions replaced and the inside photo on Booking.com of a basketball game and air hockey table was not included as pictured. The bed springs on the lower level was sunk in the middle. The carpet on the stairs needs cleaned or replaced.
