Logis Guadet, magnifique appartement dans Saint Emilion

Great location, spacious and clean.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper which to be honest was extremely strange. When we asked for more we were told we had to buy it ourselves.

Apartamento con una ubicación perfecta para visitar la ciudad. Equipamiento perfecto para dos personas, no más. Cama muy cómoda, lo que se agradece mucho cuando viajas.

Nosotros ya lo sabiamos pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un primer piso y las escaleras no son demasiado cómodas. No teien balcón ni patio pero si ventanas que dan a la calle, nada ruidosa de noche.

The location was great. Right in the center of town. It was on the second floor so getting bags up the skinny steps was a challenge but otherwise it was a good property. It was quite large with the bedroom separate from the main living area and that was nice.

The apartment was VERY basic. The bed had two tiny pillows that seemed more decorative than functional. We ran out of toilet paper. There was absolutely nothing in the way of supplies. There was a coffee maker but no coffee and there was no capsules at the grocery store. There was ONE key and you couldn’t get out without one so if you wanted to split up ( we are a couple) you can’t otherwise the second person is locked out. There were shutters on the outside but they didn’t close all the way. Communication with the owner was very limited. Key code in a lock box and they send you the code. No personalized service for sure.

Fabulous location, clean, plenty of space.
