The location was great, and the communication from Local VR was very good. The app was easy to use, and there was someone to answer my call at 10 pm when I got in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, and the place was tight but cute.
We arrived at 10:30 pm, and the place was very warm inside. There was a window AC unit in the main bedroom, none in the second bedroom, and it took a long time to cool down. The main issue was that the location of the unit was 2 feet from my face, so I could not sleep with it blowing in my face. This is only an issue in the summer. The rugs were stained, and the lighting could be improved. It was a little hard to see in low light.

Great location and very comfortable compact but worked well for 3 adults. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Small area for wet boots for the amount of beds.
