*RB31S* For your relaxed & Cosy stay/Parking/WiFi

The place was very clean, the bedding and beds were comfortable although the mattress protector was upside down, so very crinkly. The kitchen was tidy and all the amenities were available. Towels were left, which were nice & clean. The internet was free and very good, and TV's in the lounge area and the bedroom.

The bathroom door would not shut, and there were a couple of other ladies within the property, as the carpet trim was stopping the door closing, so nobody could have a shower or use the toilet comfortably. This was reported the very next morning of my stay, but still not actioned by the evening, so I had to resolve this issue myself by fixing it so people could use the bathroom. Which was a shame, as they required photographs and said they would contact the other guest but never did. I think communication and responsibilities of the property upkeep should be dealt with quicker. The bath side was very high to step into, with a shower screen in the way, there was no anti-slip bathmat in the bath, nor was there any anti-slip mat outside the bath, so which made it very dangerous and difficult as you had to squeeze past a sink to get into it to have a shower. This has been reported and hopefully will be sorted out for the next renters.
