Florida Road LUX Apartment

Love the location and security

It has cockroaches

Perfect

We arrived very late, and we had to contact the host ourselves to ask for the key and access code. The host was supposed to send these details during check-in time but failed to do so. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress, especially after a long journey. We expected a smooth check-in process, and the host’s failure to communicate the access details on time was disappointing.

Everything, had a great stay, nothing to fault👌👌

i did not understand why i'd pay for cleaning separately yet no one came to clean until i left🤷

I liked the location and the view from the balcony

There was cockroaches everywhere in the kettle and the toaster Which made me not want to use any of the dishes and utensils. When I first walked into the apartment i assume it was the stove that was really stinking like it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to burn incense sticks to get rid of the smell. The couch has stains that were visible and was not cleaned properly as I found a beer cap in the side of the couch I was completely disgusted. Cockroaches even made their way into the fridge yes into the fridge and it died In there. Completely disgusted. Unfortunately I will never come back and stay in that unit I was relieved when booking out
