L'établissement est situé dans un immeuble excentré du cœur de la ville. Il faut 10 minutes en voiture pour se rendre sur l'ile d'Ortigia. Césare est très sympathique et très généreux. Nous avons eu droit à notre arrivée à une bouteille de Prosecco ainsi que deux brioches délicieuses accompagnées de glace...hummm. Merci Césare pour cette délicate attention. L'appartement a été refait à neuf très récemment et est d'un style très moderne. Le balcon donne une vue sur la mer. Très bon séjour
Un seul petit bémol... Pour parfaire cette location ,il faudrait un four micro ondes.

Życzliwość i pomoc gospodarza 🤩 mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone, wokół sklepy i lokale gastronomiczne, parking ogólno dostępny, pomost kąpiel 100 metrów, do Ortigii 3,5 km udało się zaparkować za friko.
Nie ma do czego się przyczepić ☺️

Good sized apartment - double bed, en suite, kitchen area and laundry facility. Views of the sea from the apartment and balcony. Second floor accessed by lift. Convenient nearby supermarkets, bars, cafes and takeaways. Able to walk along disused railway converted to footpath and cycle track.
Apartment set in uninspiring area dominated by blocks of flats. Not easy to access ortigia by public transport and about 4km walk. Beach totally rocky and inaccessible despite claims that it was possible to swim there. Beach reached via under railway tunnel which wasn’t pleasant and had unsafe handrails.
