Wyposażenie obiektu jest zgodne z opisem. Mieszkanie odnowione. Całość około 25 m2 - niewielka łazienka, pokój i aneks kuchenny. Duże łóżko + rozkładana sofa. Wyposażenie kuchni wystarczające na przygotowanie prostych posiłków.
Nie jest to lokal dla więcej niż 2 osób. Byliśmy w trójkę i nie mamy ogromnych wymagań, więc na krótki trzydniowy był OK, natomiast na dłużej byłoby ciężko z uwagi na metraż i związane z tym ograniczenia - mały stolik, dwa krzesła. W łazience brakuje uchwytów na ręczniki. Kamienica, w której znajduje się mieszkanie jest w słabym stanie technicznym, na klatce schodowej unosi się zapach stęchlizny. Prawdopodobnie to skutek powodzi z 2024.

Sam pokój z aneksem kuchennym ok, ładnie wyremontowany, łazienka mała ale wystarczająca.
Sam budynek kamienicy odrażający i zniechęcający do wejścia, po powodzi, nieodremontowany, klatka schodowa straszna. Brak szyldów ułatwiających odnalezienie obiektu. Na pewno nie wrócę tam więcej.
