Easy to find, security was very friendly and welcoming.
Plumbing needs maintenance, balcony needs cleaning, refrigerator needs to be changed. Downstairs shower handle needs fixing, one glove in the dining area needs replacing. Linen must be checked before guests check in. Otherwise the place is lovely just minor maintenance issues

The apartment itself is amazing and has a lot of potential
There were a few issues that affected our experience the balcony was very dirty when we arrived and unfortunately there were quite a few cockroaches in the unit. We also had a problem with the braai stand not having any gas initially but thankfully this was resolved quickly after we reported it. With better cleanliness and pest control the overall experience could be much better.
