The penthouse itself was large in an average location with excellent views. We did not feel safe walking in the area, and there were a lot of roadworks which was impossible for my elderly mother.
For a penthouse we thought the amenities were extremely poor. No fresh milk, just 3 minuscule containers, limited tea bags and coffee. No "welcome" fruit, chocolates or biscuits. Very limited shampoo, conditioner and bathroom amenities. I expected a lot more from a penthouse. Response to requests were very slow, and there was NO TV. That we found unacceptable and appalling!
