Villas Guzman - El Pino

The location of this property is perfect. The of road and secure parking ample for two cars was a huge bonus. Stunning views of a stunning bay .walk down the villa steps and your on the very safe beach. Very quite at night and felt very safe . A 20 mins buitifull walk into morira town or 2 mins in a car. If a beach holiday in a sensible area is what your looking for this is the place .for just relaxing or a full on action packed day on the water you won't beat this our family group ranged from 5 months old to 85 years old and it suited everyone

There really was nothing to dislike From dealing with the friendly and efficient management company that always responded to emails and answered the phone ( quiet surprising these days ) picking up keys with out delay .etc. the property is a traditional older style with traditional older furniture. Two things it could have benifitted from would be a tap to wash sandy feet at the bottom of the steps and maybe some lighting on the stairs to the beach . That's not a criticism just a suggestion for the owner it really didn't bother us

La casa para el tiempo que tiene está muy bien, pero tiene puntos aún a mejorar. Las vistas son increíbles, y en 10 minutos a pie estas en el centro de Moraira. También nos gustó ir a la playa por las escaleras desde la terraza. La playa es impresionante, todos los días parecía una piscina, para hacer snorkel o bucear es perfecta.

Cuando subes a la playa, no tienes alguna toma de agua para quitarte mejor la arena. Ponen en un cartel de quitarte la arena en la ducha de pies de la playa, pero se encuentra a la otra punta de la playa. Tuvimos que poner un bol con agua y quitarnos ahí la arena. Falta de enchufes en la terraza, es donde se pasa más tiempo y hace falta algún enchufe. Tienen aire acondicionado en el salón, que para los días calurosos vino muy bien para comer dentro. Pero la zona de arriba en verano hace mucha calor, para dormir es un poco complicado, ayudaban los ventiladores de techo. En la zona del parcking, estaría muy bien tener alguna barbacoa, es muy grande esa zona y se puede aprovechar. El frigorífico apenas enfriaba, es una casa grande para 8 personas y siempre teníamos las bebidas en el congelador, necesita un frigorífico con más potencia. La zona por el día está muy bien, hay 2 bares, un restaurante precioso y un hotel, hay buen ambiente, pero por la noche, es como si fuese un pueblo fantasma, los bares cierran y apenas hay luz en el paseo de la zona para pasear después de cenar.

Location location location , parking excellent , easy access to the beach .

Not a big criticism but bathroom upstairs does need a new shower door for season 2026
