We had a wonderful stay at this lovely homestay in Gondhla, Lahaul. Tucked away slightly off the main road, the property offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views. The rooms were clean, neat, and well-maintained. A special mention to the host Rohan and his mother, who were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The delicious home-cooked chicken and mutton were definite highlights and made us feel right at home. The hospitality was genuinely heartfelt, and the hosts went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. If you’re looking for a cosy, homely stay with good food, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful hosts while exploring Lahaul, I would highly recommend this place!

The location was absolutely as described. It’s nestled in the village away from traffic and the highway with the river at 400 m . The views are magnificent. The road leading up is a nice ride. The staff were especially courteous and welcoming. Rohan gave me a call post the booking and send pics and other info. He also called on day of booking and took menu for lunch. They took great care of us when we had got stuck in there due to snowfall. Rohan cleared the snow for two kilometres to enable us to take out our bikes. Food was amazing and tasty and fresh out of kitchen. They gave us good options for means and made sure we felt welcome there. The traditional dining room was a treat in the weather.

The property is at a short distance from the main road which makes it super calm and peaceful. The entire village is a vibe in itself, especially the 300 year old Gondhla fort standing right beside the property. The hosts are literally the nicest couple ever. If you’re looking for an offbeat and homely stay with great home cooked meals, this is the place to go!

The roomstay owner was very good natured and friendly. They will provide good food
