Reasonable for its price. Accessible to places that we went. Owner is flexible when it comes to check in time, as we landed around 2am but still he accommodated us.

Location was super great in makati very central and safe . Under the residential complex there is nice small shopping mall with everything you need so convenient! The building is well maintained, pool is amazing nice gym , the room is small but well organised with great wifi and great bed for good sleep . Shower is good always hot water and ok water pressure. Nice view from The room with cute little balcony . Smart tv and good AC . Price was really good for long term rent ( stayed one month)

Room could be more clean . Not taking about room facilities, the general cleaning wasn’t good when I checked in . But yet wasn’t dirty. Kitchen could be more occupied with basic cooking ingredients . Only large deep pan and other dishes wasn’t so clean as well . But I didn’t cock just very light meals . No microwave. Washing machine pipe is a little leak and the bidet pipe ( but they replaced it for me after I asked) . I would normally give 8 but the current score isn’t fit the this really nice place so I gave 9 to rise it up .
