About this villa rental
In the heart of Fontane Bianche the villa consists of a structure consisting of two apartments, one large with 3 bedrooms furnished with double or twin beds, bathroom, kitchen and lounge where the sofa also serves as a bed for a square and a half the house has line ADSL Wi Fi There are also parking for 2 cars. Inside the house there is everything you need for everyday life, a washing machine, a nice kitchen and so on. Bedrooms are very comfortable Each bedroom. has a fan that can be turned on or off and therefore sleep at night completely at ease. Well equipped with a barbecue place which makes excellent steaks and fish. On the beautiful sea view terrace, a great desire to sit with a cup of coffee and contemplate the air and the sea of Sicily. The location of the house is excellent. The local free beach on foot about 10 minutes maximum with a stroller and bags)) for children. Close to this location (15 minutes by car) is the wonderful beaches of Avola. From this house in Syracuse no more than 20 minutes by car, Syracuse has everything - great shops, the market, lots of restaurants for every taste and budget. The location is close to the highway, so easy access to Catania, Taormina, Noto and many other wonderful places in Sicily.
Not even 100 meters away is the Fontane Bianche Golfetto, almost a natural swimming pool that allows you to swim even in rough seas, and a large flat and smooth cliff where, due to the absence of spikes, you can take comfortably the sun turns out to be the alternative to the chaos of the beach. you can freely choose to go for a swim from the lower part where you can find gravel instead of sand or take advantage of the services offered by a new bathing establishment deckchairs and umbrellas located on the lawn in front of the flat cliff easily accessible by means of special stone steps and wood where you can rent the deckchairs to place them where you want until you partially immerse them in water

The owners were very responsive and helped us a lot. The property is fantastic, much better than the pictures. It was comfortable and VERY close to the beach. There are family beaches about 15 minutes' walk, and a rocky beach with a deep pool that was our favorite place just at the end of the street, maybe 3 minutes' walk. We very much hope to stay again!

Only stayed one night and didn't have much time there as we were running around the city. However, the place was very clean and well-kept. The view from the terrace rooftop and proximity to the water are great. The owner was very accessible, and responded promptly. Planning on staying there again for a longer period next year.

The owner of the property and our host was very kind, readily available and supportive. The property is well kept, clean and fully furnished with all the necessary accessories. The villa is divided in 2 separate apartments (one 3 bedroom in the upper level and one 1 bedroom below the level of the street) each one with its bathroom and kitchen. This allows for additional privacy if desired. Our family of 7 enjoyed outdoor dining and had fun grilling fish and meats in the dedicated spacious areas. The large terrace on the top of the building is an additional feature with great views. Fontane Bianche has a spectacular large sand beach about 10 min walk from the property but we mostly loved going to the rocky beach few yards from our villa where we could choose every day a different scenery and go snorkeling or swimming at any time from dawn to sunset!
Finally, although Fontane Bianche is a relatively small village, its location is perfect to explore the South-Eastern part of Sicily from Etna and Taormina till Scicli, Ragusa, Modica and Noto. Siracusa is so close and the short drive so enjoyable that once you get familiar with it you can enjoy the convenience of an awesome city (Siracusa) while staying in a safe and relaxing smaller village.

Lovely villa, very spacious, quiet and not far from good beaches, restaurants, and sightseeing, the only thing I think the electrics need attention, my friend charged her mobility scooter all night and when we went out it died on her, we changed plug sockets and it charged, so please sort it
