This space is designed for comfort, unwinding, and socializing, with modern seating perfect for curling up with a good book. The room's focal point is the comfortable, 3-person reclining couch, where you can stretch out and take in your favorite TV show or movie on the large flat-screen television. With natural light pouring in through the windows and a warm, inviting ambiance, this cozy retreat is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a fun family vacation, this living room is the perfect place to do just that.

Kitchen/Dining Room:
You will find a fully equipped modern kitchen that offers everything you need to cook a delicious meal with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave, and enjoy the dining room table that can seat six, with additional seating for six at the kitchen island. Make yourself a coffee using the Keurig or make a pot in the provided 12-cup coffee maker. You will find a toaster for a quick morning breakfast. This kitchen has cookware, dishes to dine on, and all silverware. Cleaning up is a breeze after any meal using the dishwasher. You will have plenty of space to enjoy a lovely meal with family or friends. Or sit at the island and enjoy a delicious meal or snack. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Game Room:
Step out the back door; there is another door to a separate area. Enter the game room, which is furnished with a foosball table, shuffleboard, and a table that seats four for playing board games or cards. Also, enjoy a movie night on the comfy couch or loveseat with the big-screen TV. This space was designed for fun times with family and friends. You will make loads of memories to last a lifetime!

Location\Roads\Parking:
This cabin is easy to access by vehicle. Level parking space for 4. Just 5 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 10 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will find a Dollar General nearby or a Food City just 15 minutes away. With such an excellent location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow check-ins OR check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve.

Check-In:
4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code and we will resend it a week before your stay.
