The only negative is the pillows at the property very hard! But other then that nothing else

The property was fairly cheap in comparison to a similar property we had rented in Rawai. Fabian nice guy and let us check in early on the first day.

The 3-Bed Villa was a tired property with many issues in bad need of a few repairs and improvements. The aircon in the living room was ok but in the bedroom had various successes. Main bedrooms downstairs aircon was below standards, but you could keep cool by leaving the living room door open and the main aircon on through the night. Upstairs was totally in effective, meaning we were unable to use the 3rd bedroom as it was way too hot all of the time. The lock to the front door is electronic and quite painful to gain access via a convoluted process and PIN. It was totally useless as we were unable to lock the glass doors to the pool as the locks were broken off. I informed Fabian on the first day and in fairness someone came around to look at it straight away. They left to get a part but never returned in the next 4 days of our stay. This meant that I had to sleep with the children in the small bedroom as we could not lock and ensure safety through the night. The pool was not clean with lots of debris and insects on the surface. No cleaner for Villa or pool in the 5-nights.
