Muy bueno, lo recomendaría; Todo estaba bastante limpio y el departamento tiene todo lo que uno podría necesitar, y la ubicación es muy conveniente, cerca de supermercado, restaurantes, locomoción, etc... La cama es muy cómoda, la cocina y baño cumplen bien. Cuenta con estacionamiento y wifi.
Había un olor impresionante a cigarro dentro del departamento, uno se acostumbra al par de días pero mas que nada eso :)

La atención del personal de conserjería en la recepción es muy buena, atenta educada.
En caso de que la persona que arrienda tenga auto, se debe indicar con anticipación como entrar al estacionamiento ya que por el sentido de las calles, es difícil entrar al edificio sin una instrucción previa.

La ubicación.
El calefactor de pared no logra calefacciónar la habitacion completa en pleno invierno, por lo que pasamos frío.
