Studio-like open-plan apartment, spacious and the layout was functionally well designed. Enough space even for a family.

I could have given 9 or even 10 points, but there were too many small things that hadn't been properly thought through. However I could still consider renting again, because the price was reasonable. 1. Balconies. The apartment had 3 balconies, of which 2 with a great view. But half of the space was taken up by a huge concrete flower box (see photo). You couldn't fit a table or chairs on the balcony, so the balconies were completely useless. 2. There was a burner for cooking, but the gas bottle was not compatible with the burner. 3. The bathroom sink was equipped with two different taps, cold and hot water. Why not a combination tap? 4. There was no plug in the bathroom, nor at the bedside tables. There were too few plugs in the apartment anyway. 5. The shower+bathtub combination is not my favorite. I prefer just a shower. 6. The sofa covers and the curtains looked dirty, although the apartment otherwise was clean. 7. The most important thing: responding to messages. I didn't get a reply to all the messages I sent, which shows indifference. I've encountered the same problem too often in Malaysia. In many other parts of Asia, customer service is just so much better.

Overall everything is clean, toilets and floor is clean. Towels and toiletries prepared, which is very good. Balcony is clean, living room is tidy, TV and DVD player also available. Extra foldable table prepared also, which is good for groups of many people. Extra mattress and towels also prepared, and there's also vacuum cleaner and broom for cleaning and tidying.

The bedsheets, pillows and blankets have a very old smell, although is clean. My friend have sensitive skin so she have to put a layer of sleeping bag on the bed to sleep. Same for the sofa cushions Tap at the kitchen leaking sometimes. TV remote not available, cannot use the TV properly. Only DVD player remote is prepared.
