Von Anfang an sehr freundlich und informativen Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Bahnhof und Innenstadt gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar :)
Küche ausreichend bestückt, bei längeren Aufenthalt wäre es mir persönlich zu spartanisch.

Zum Zentrum fussläufig 10 Minuten. Gegenüber der Wohnung gab es immer einen Parkplatz. Da Chemnitz sehr weitläufig ist, war das eine Beruhigung immer einen Parkplatz zu finden, da wir doch sehr oft mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Die Vermieter haben sich zweimal auf nette Weise erkundigt ob alles okay.
Es fehlte eine Salatschüssel und einem zweiten Topf, wurde noch am gleichen Tag beschafft.

- bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do centrum ok. 20 minut - mieszkanie w zadbanej kamienicy, piękny obiekt - bardzo spokojna okolica - parking przy ulicy obok kamienicy, żadnych problemów z parkowaniem - bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, jest wszystko co potrzeba

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Beleuchtung im Raum war sehr gut.
Auf dem Flur vor der Wohnung roch es stark nach Zigarettenqualm. Das sehr kleine Bad roch stark nach Raumspray, Außerdem muffelten die Handtücher. Die Bettwäsche roch intensiv nach parfümiertem Waschmittel.
