GIANNIS HOUSE

Μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα το πόσο πλήρως εξοπλισμένο ήταν το κατάλυμα. Υπήρχαν πραγματικά τα πάντα: σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο, καθαρές κουβέρτες και μαξιλάρια, σίδερο, σεσουάρ, πλήρως οργανωμένη κουζίνα με μαγειρικό εξοπλισμό, ακόμη και βασικά υλικά όπως λάδι. Ο οικοδεσπότης είχε φροντίσει μέχρι και για κέρασμα, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο φιλόξενη και ζεστή. Φαινόταν ότι είχε δώσει προσοχή και στην παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια, αφού υπήρχε μέχρι και Netflix διαθέσιμο. Γενικά, ήταν ένας χώρος που σε έκανε να νιώθεις άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή και δεν σου έλειψε απολύτως τίποτα.

Αυτό που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί είναι η υγρασία που είχε ο χώρος, όμως το πρόβλημα βελτιώθηκε αρκετά με τη χρήση του κλιματιστικού και ανοιχτό παράθυρο. Επίσης, η εσπρεσιέρα δεν λειτουργούσε

L’emplacement était tout simplement parfait, idéal pour profiter pleinement du séjour. L’hôte a été incroyable, disponible et attentionné du début à la fin. Une véritable perle rare, que je recommande sans hésiter

Excellent location, a few minutes walk to the old town but in a quiet area. Accommodation is homely and has everything you need. Host is friendly and keen to make your stay an enjoyable experience.

The only minus point would be that the shower head is not wall mounted.

The house was in a good location, very near the entrance gate to the old town and also very near the new town. It is located in a little nest of houses just off the road and the neighbours were very friendly. There is a small supermarket just up the road which is very handy for getting water, milk etc and a much bigger supermarket just a 10 minute walk from the house for more selection. The house has everything you would need if you are going to cook a meal and the beds are very comfortable. Definitely a home from home with a washing machine too. The air-conditioning is wonderful when the weather is so hot. There is also Netflix on the TV. There is a lovely coffee shop just down the road and you can get the bus just beyond that and to the right down the next street if you wanted to take a trip to Faliraki. Its about 30 minutes on the bus. We did this two days as there is a nice sandy beach there. The beach around Rhodes town is very stoney. The Host was very nice and generous. He left us fruit, wine and water when we arrived along with other provisions like coffee, etc. Our flight on the last day was late in the evening and he allowed us stay in the house until later in the day which was very much appreciated. Near the entrance to the house one of the neighbours has a small dog, which I never saw but every time you passed the house the dog would start barking. Not Giannis fault.
