Wohnung nahe Messe und Zentrum

Alles war perfekt. Sehr sauber, alles was man brauchen könnte war vorhanden. Internet, Lage, Ausstattung - alles Top. So viel wie nötig, so wenig wie möglich. Sehr ruhig, sehr gute (dreifache!!!) Abdunkelung, bequeme Betten, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 10 Minuten zu Fuss, nahe an allen. Als Familie mit Kindern sind wir sehr wählerisch und verlangen viel. Die Wohnung verdient sicher 10/10.

Leider, wie in einer alten Referenz aus Dezember 2024 schon ersichtlich war, hat es hauptsächlich in Wohnzimmer stark nach Zigaretten (oder Ähnliches Rauchzeug) gerochen. Aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach stammt es aus der Wohnung obendrauf. Ich hoffe sehr, dass da was zu machen ist, damit der Rauch nicht ins Zimmer kommt. Bis dahin würde ich diese an sich wunderschöne Wohnung leider nicht an Familien mit Kindern und Nichtraucher, die es gar nicht vertragen können empfehlen. Wir hatten Glück, dass es warm war und wir fast durchgehend am Abend gelüftet haben. Es wäre sonst die beste Familienwohnung gewesen. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass es eine Möglichkeit gibt, dss Problem zu lösen.

Fantastic place to stay. It is comfortable and spacious with two lovely big bedrooms, bathroom with bath & shower, big kitchen / dining space and entranceway. It was perfect for us with a toddler who had a massive bed to himself and there is a high chair, toys, child’s cutlery and cups. It was so considered & done with real thought. The kitchen is well provisioned. Everything was very clean, and we didn’t want for anything. It’s a lovely location near the park & river too. Overall one of the best apartment stays I have had in my years of travelling.

The location is a little out of the centre - a 20 minute walk or bus from the Hauptbahnhof. However the bus is very frequent, or there’s also a lovely route along the park that takes a bit longer but it is off road & very nice in good weather so for us it wasn’t a problem.

Die Wohnung ist ein totaler Traum!!! Die Lage ist perfekt! Und Simona ist sehr nett! Super Kommunikation. Die Wohnung ist schon mit Dingen, die man gerne mal zuhause vergisst, eingerichtet. Müsli, Kaffee, Filter, duschzeug, eine Menge Handtücher, küchenutensilien zum Kochen...

Das Bett ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart. Aber ich liege am liebsten ganz weich. Mein Freund fand das Bett super.

The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed (hygene products, cleaning products, dishes, washing machine, board games). It was close enough to the city centre and to the Hauptbahnhof. It was warm. A lot of towels.

It smells bad. Tobacco. The building is old and the ceiling and floors are made out of wood. For this reason, I believe, that the smell of cigars from the neighbours, gets through the walls and ceilings. It is not pleasant at all, especially if you are allergic or you travel with small children., or youbdont smoke. In every room, in some of the corners you can see spiderwebs and spiders. Also bad for small children.
