Great place to stay, train station nearby. Rather convenient.

It’s at the top floor, so some good exercise is done carrying luggages.

A nightmare. We left a day earlier as we could not stay more than one night

Nothing, the photos were misleading. The TV was not working. There was a terrible smell all over the place. And the neighbors were knocking on the door at 23.00 to tell as not to talk as there was no soundproofing at all. It was a nightmare and we were terrified me and my child... the worst experience I have ever had .

No elevator. TV not working. Terrible smell. Misleading pictures.

We’ll be back!

It felt like a home away from home. Excellent location and excellent value. It really is 5 minutes away from transport hubs, in a low key but friendly neighborhood.

Bathroom was cramped because of the washing machine by the toilet… but there was a washing machine!

Good for the money, great location.

The location is great. Few blocks to the train station that takes you anywhere you want to go. The balcony was nice. The beds were ok.

The bathroom, no room to sit on the toilet. Not clean good enough, there was a spider on the ceiling that freaked me out. Windows were not clean and the kitchen needed to be wiped down better. You had to walk five flights of stairs, however, the view from the balcony made it worth it. Quite place, amazing town full of bakeries and one main restaurant by the train station. Supermarket around the corner.

Apartamento Paris confortável

Localização muito boa. Espaço perfeito para uma família, aconchegante e limpo. Tem todas as comodidades, lava louça, lava roupa, fogão, geladeira tudo em perfeito estado. Rua tranquila, acesso fácil, check-in rápido e prático. Anfitrião muito atencioso e rápido além de flexível. Apartamento é no 4° sem elevador.

Piso muito barulhento. Por ser de taco. Acredito que incomoda os vizinhos de baixo. O banheiro é muito pequeno e apertado.

Ideaal appartement dichtbij Parijs, twee slaapkamers, keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Rustige en veilige omgeving.

Het terras. De keuken is goed ingericht (Oven, vaatwasser ect.) en fijn om twee slaapkamers te hebben. Fijne sfeer. De matrassen lagen goed.

Het is niet 5 minuten vanaf gare de lyon. Hier stapte we eerst uit omdat het in de beschrijving staat. Je moet nog een halte verder ( Maisons -Alfort Alfortville) met de RER; 10 minuten. En dan is het nog 7 minuten lopen. Schuifdeur kleine slaapkamer is stroef en valt snel uit de rails, boven raampje in de deur tussen de slaapkamers is stuk. En de wc is te krap. Je kunt je benen niet goed kwijt.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It was easy to feel comfortable and enjoy the stay. I especially appreciated the communication: quick, friendly, and personal – the message during the stay was a thoughtful touch. Thank you very much!

What didn’t I like? Well, the 5 floors without an elevator certainly reminded me I should exercise more...

Amazing place close to train station

You have train station about 8 mins walking from the apartment, from there you can be whiting 30-40 mins in Paris center! It has a really cozy balcony! You can find pretty much everything you need to have a really comfy trip

Vista e vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria

Struttura fatiscente, porte da film dell'orrore, pentole scrostate, bagno piccolissimo e a finestre chiuse si presentava un'odore sgradevole. Non abbiamo terminato il soggiorno e abbiamo lasciato l'alloggio un giorno prima.

Gute Wohnung um per Zug Paris zu besuchen

Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Auch besonders gut ist, dass die Wohnung nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt ist. Man kann also sein Auto einfach stehen lassen und sodann zum Bahnhof gehen um mit dem Zug nach Paris in die Stadt zu fahren. (Fahrzeit zur Notre Dame nur 30 Minuten). Auch der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war imposant.

Piso parisino, barrio parisino, calma y espacio. ¡Vacaciones perfectas!

Exactamente igual que en las fotos (incluso mejor). Ubicación muy tranquila y con mucho espacio. Edificio antiguo. El barrio es muy seguro (hay una pequeña comisaría justo al lado). A 16 minutos a pie del metro (línea 8). Las tiendas están a 5-7 minutos a pie. El baño es pequeño y el apartamento está en la cuarta planta (pero eso ya lo sabíamos) Pocas escaleras, se parece mas a una tercera planta. La terraza es mediana y encantadora (aunque llueva, se puede disfrutar). Camas dobles e individuales de calidad. El sofá cama está bien para un adulto o dos niños. Era justo lo que esperábamos. Nos gustó mucho.

Siempre se puede mejorar, pero queríamos un lugar como este. Edificio antiguo, con alma y defectos. Las únicas mejoras son estéticas. Pero no buscábamos un lugar soso que pareciera una suite de hotel nuevo. Recomiendo este apartamento al 100%. PS : Si el baño huele un poco a humedad, abre la ventana, deja correr el agua durante 30 segundos en el lavabo y la ducha, ¡y desaparecerá! No encontré nada que no esperaba, asi que todo perfecto!

Bon choix pour des jeunes

Appartement atypique et plein de charme, situé à proximité de la gare et du centre ville. très jolie terrasse d’où on peut voir le pont de Choisy.

Cet appartement conviendrait surtout à de jeunes personnes sans trop de valises (4e étage sans ascenseur) Le bruit des trains peut déranger ceux qui ont le sommeil léger

Ok pour un déplacement pro.

L'appartement est grand. Il dispose d'un lit double + 1 lit simple. Le plus intéressant est la petite terrasse qui est assez agréable.

La localisation : l'annonce parle de 5 min de la gare de Lyon. Oui la Gare de Lyon est à 5 min de la gare la plus proche de l'appartement. Mais ensuite il y a 10 min a pied. Le quartier n'est pas particulièrement sympa. Attention également au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. avec une grosse valise c'est un peu galère.

Lugar Incrível! /// Amazing Place!

Simplesmente um lugar incrível!!! Com forno, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louças e uma varanda com vista de Paris de tirar o fôlego. Mercados e Farmácias a menos de 7min de caminhada. Roupa de cama confortável e limpa, além de cama espaçosa. Toalhas à vontade e até varal para secar a roupa. Passamos uma semana, e tudo foi perfeito!!! /// Simply an incredible place!!! With an oven, washing machine, dishwasher and a balcony with a breathtaking view of Paris. Markets and pharmacies less than 7 minutes walk away. Comfortable and clean bedding, as well as a spacious bed. Towels galore and even a clothesline to dry clothes. We spent a week there and everything was perfect!!!
