The location and the property itself are awesome day and night. You can get to the ocean just going down the stairs. A shower next to the ocean. The place is quiet. There are 4 parking spots (well 5 if you block others); we never had issues with parking during our stay there. Big balconies enough for 4-6 people to chill out in the evening.
There is a beach at your left where you can walk in 10 minutes along a busy road or drive in 1 minute or just swim there. It is so close.
I was always looking for a place to dry my damp swimming clothing and towels. I was missing a simple clothesline so 9.9 instead of 10.

Place location was lovely, easy to swim in the ocean, close to restaurants.
Definitely the place needs solid renovation, this is not a modern place presented on photos, location is worth the money however not the apartment itself, this is definitely too expensive for the standard of the apartment.
