Bardzo dobra lokalizacja (bliskość dworca kolejowego, autokarowego oraz centrum Bari), apartament o wysokim standardzie, duża ilość sklepów w okolicy apartamentu, idealna lokalizacja jako bazy wypadowej na dalsze wycieczki a jednocześnie możliwość kąpieli w Morzu Adriatyckim (promenada z piaszczystymi plażami), bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem apartamentu.
