This was a completely last-minute booking after I decided not to drive any farther south toward Naples. I arrived hoping to book on-site with the WiFi, not realizing it was an apartment without a reception. After calling the number provided, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even offering to come meet me in person on short notice to help me get settled. Although I was able to complete the booking and receive the entry details by email, she still came by shortly after to walk me through everything, which really showed how welcoming and attentive they are.
The apartment was actually better than expected. There’s a shared kitchen and dining area that wasn’t obvious from the photos, which was a really nice surprise and very convenient. My room itself was huge, completely brand new, and spotless. The bathroom felt spa-like, with a large, powerful shower and a heated towel rack. The bed was incredibly comfortable and generously sized. Overall, I was wishing I could have an apartment like this of my own!
In the morning, breakfast was being prepared for me, which was such a nice bonus, especially since I wanted to rest a bit more before continuing my drive rather than going out. The location is great, with plenty of free street parking, just a 15-minute drive from the Abbey of Montecassino (definitely worth a visit), and within walking distance of many bars and the town center.
Overall, this was a really great experience, especially for a last-minute stop, and I would absolutely stay here again if I’m traveling north to south (or vice versa).
