Horizon Pyramids View inn

The cleanliness,the friendliness and willingness of staff to assist,I would recommend the place over 100 times,excellent house keeping…I was assisted from the doorway with a smile🇪🇬🇿🇦🇱🇸

We tried both the double room and the triple room with Pyramids view and we recommend staying in the triple one; it is not only bigger but also looks a bit nicer. The view from both rooms is absolutely fantastic and can get even better from the rooftop of the building which also allows you to see the sphinx. Regarding the complaints about the fact that the hotel might be a bit difficult to find, we just used the airport transfer from the hotel around 3am and it was perfect. I'm sure the staff would have helped us anyway, they're always willing to give a hand, make sure everything is fine etc. We had a very good connexion with them, especially with Abdu. They also kept our pieces of luggage after checkout so that we could visit the GEM before heading to the airport. We had a great stay.

Una vista espectacular a las pirámides, atención 24 horas muy amables y te ofrecen servicio de desayuno o cena al cuarto. En realidad estoy muy contenta con esta reserva, lo recomiendo mucho, sin duda volvería.

La vista sulle piramidi é davvero come in foto e la colazione è molto varia.

La pulizia è decisamente da migliorare. Ci siamo fidati delle recensioni però se uno prenota una camera con vasca idromassaggio vorrebbe usarla. Non ci è stato possibile perché dalle bocchette é uscito di tutto quando le abbiamo attivate. Anche la camera in generale non era molto pulita.
