Die Ruhe, die Möglichkeit der Verdunklung der Fenster. Keine laute Lüftung im Bad.
Die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Im Sommer wäre mir die Wohnung zu weit weg vom Strand. Es fehlt (noch) eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
Im Sommer würde mir auch die Möglichkeit fehlen, draußen zu sitzen.

Die Umgebung war sehr freundlich und ruhig.

Absolut neue Wohnung , fast Erstbezug . Überall Mückengitter 👍 ruhig gelegen
Teilweise ist das Haus no h nicht fertiggestellt und es stehen in der Wohnung noch Kabel offen aus den Wänden
